Return Policy

We feel confident your purchase will meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a fifteen (15) day return policy on all purchases.  Shipping will not be refunded.

To return an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • E-mail your order number, name, address, telephone number, and reason for the return to info@dominosam.com
  • We will send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to your e-mail address.
  • Secure your items and all of the original packing materials in the original shipping box. Make sure the box is properly wrapped.
  • Send the package via ups or registered mail, insuring it for the full invoice value plus shipping charges.
  • Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area and include your RMA number.
  • Mail the package to:

Conditions of Return
The item needs to be returned within fifteen (15) days following the shipment date of the order.  It is important that the RA number be written on the address label. Packages without a RA number cannot be accepted.  Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.  Shipping, handling and insurance costs for the return are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on behalf of DOMINO SAM. DOMINO SAM is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
 Upon receipt of the returned merchandise the purchase price of the merchandise will be credited to the original credit card account. 
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
